During this difficult time of the Corona Virus Pandemic, when many retail stores are closed, Paper Russells has discovered an increasing number of customers are going directly to our shop.paperrussells.com to purchase cards and gifts that bring comfort to their friends and loved ones.

We believe some of these orders are coming from customers who originally purchased or found Paper Russell's products in our retailers and are now accessing the website directly.
We would like to support these brick and mortar stores by introducing the "Shared Profit Program," where we will give these retailers 15% of the retail product cost earned on our website when online buyers click on the store's name when ordering.
Here is how the program works:

1. We've listed the store names in our "Help our longtime retailers closed during Covid-19" dropdown menu on the "Checkout" page. Then buyers will select the store name from the pulldown menu. Due to our administrative capacity, we are starting with several stores and will be adding more.

2. The selection process was based on those stores that have purchased from Paper Russells for over three years and have the highest sales amounts.

3. The program will launch on April 4th, 2020, and last until Aug. 31, 2020. We will then determine if the program should be extended.

4. Every month, we will calculate the dollar amount of online purchases per retail store and send out checks to our retailers on the 15th of the following month.

5. This program is "invitation only."

We'd encourage all of our shop.paperrussells.com customers to help out the retailers by participating in the program so that
we can uplift each other to weather this storm.
